  • Tracks

    Permanent Runways offer excellent access solution to many complex building facades. Anchored to the Facade of the building with Hot Dip Galvanized supports. Supports can be supplied in advance for fixing by Civil Contractors.

    Traverse roller is supplied on the track for traverse movement. The roller is removable. Provided with end stops as a safety precaution. Bends even Up to 90 degrees are possible. Track is capable of carrying 5kn load at any given point. Roof is free for any other use. The clients shall provide access for the installation, if any. This system can be installed as soffit mounting or face mounting system.

    There are two types of Tracks:
    1) Aluminum Alloy Track (C-130 Track),
    2) Climbing Track (NP-01 Track).
    Aluminum Alloy Track (C-130 Track):
    - Aluminum Alloy Track from Alloy 6351 of dimensions 133 x 52mm.
    - Anchored to the Facade of the building with Hot Dip galvanized brackets.
    - Traverse roller with SS components and hardware is supplied on the track for traverse movement. The roller is removable. C-130 Track
    - Provided with end stops as a safety precaution.
    - It is necessary to provide one open window near the track for maintenance. C-130 Track
    - Track is capable of carrying weight of Two Man power cradle.
    - The clients shall provide access for the installation, if any.

    Climbing Track (NP-01 Track):
    - Aluminum Alloy Sturdy runway of dimensions 139 x 46 MM.
    - Anchored to the Facade of the building with Hot Dip galvanized supports.
    - Supports can be supplied in advance for fixing by Civil Contractors.
    - Motorized Traverse rollers are supplied on the track for traverse movement.
