Here below are listed and briefly explained the services we have offered for some of our prestigious sites.

Housekeeping / Janitorial Services This includes a variety of cleaning ranging from daily office upkeep and maintenance, including dusting, clearing of garbage cans, wet and dry mopping, cleaning of toilets, to Periodical (Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly) cleaning, including deep cleaning of areas like toilets, to floor scrubbing and cleaning of high level areas, and stain removal.

Carpet Cleaning This includes carpet injection – extraction to be carried out of the entire carpeted flooring. The carpet cleaning will be carried out at a frequency of once in 3 months, and spotting will be carried out for the reception area once a month. Additional stains on the carpet that occur due to spillages will be taken care of by the housekeeping team who will be trained to use the spotting kit for the same. Also the carpet cleaning specialist team will be brought in occasionally for spot cleaning of stubborn stains.

Pest Control This contract would include Disinfestation & Termite Treatment – Bi-monthly Rodent Control – Fortnightly Mosquito Control – Bi-monthly Of course, this frequency of carrying out the pest control can be altered to suit your specific requirements if any. |

Feminine Hygiene This service includes installation of and regular and discreet exchange of Concept Feminine Hygiene Care units containing HIQ GRA safe sanitizing fluid, for the ladies washrooms. This will be a monthly service for required number of units one in each ladies toilet sections. |

External Window Cleaning We have a separate contract with your building owner for the external façade cleaning. Therefore this contract would be on a separate basis with them. | |
Consumables All consumables needed for the toilets including toilet rolls, c fold napkins and liquid soap, etc will be always charged as actuals. Again we will work out and negotiate a competitive price from a quality supplier for the consumables at your site, and sign a rate contract for the same. Cleaning supplies for the housekeeping have already been cost into the cost sheet provided. |

Internal Plants This includes the rental and general maintenance of all indoor plants. The plants will be regularly watered, trimmed, cleaned, and pruned to be at the best quality possible. All plants are to be changed on a monthly basis. |

Handyman Services Your requirement of a full time carpenter and a full time plumber has been observed by us, and we feel that we would be able to simplify the issue of excess man power for these services by providing you with a ‘Handyman’ solution. The handyman will be multi-skilled in basic plumbing and carpentry skills and will be able to carry out the daily check-ups and jobs as required by us at the site, in terms of carpentry and plumbing. |

Water Dispenser A water dispenser machine should be made available at offices for the provision of clean and hygienic water for the staff. These machines today are available in the market to be purchased and also for rent. The water containers are then changed at the frequency required for the size of the office and the number of staff occupying the premises. The daily upkeep and cleaning of these machines is also important. The water inventory needs to be maintained, and replacements need to be carried out as and when required. We would be able to rent out the machines for you as required, and maintenance of the same will also be carried out by us. We would keep in stock a minimum of water containers, so as to carry out replacement in the shortest time possible. |

Tea / Coffee Dispensers A variety of tea / coffee vending machines are available in the market, again for purchase and on a rental basis. Also a variety of premixes are available, which will have to be kept in stock, as per the likes and requirements of the staff at the office. We would need to go through with you a few choices of what is available so that we together with your choices, may be able to decide which machine would be best suited to your needs at the new premises. |

Front Office / Receptionist The individual or individuals required to handle your front office / reception functions can be provided by us. We will short list candidates and bring to you a choice of 3 individuals who will be trained and will be monitored by us thereafter. For any long absence of the individual, we will also provide a replacement for the job, as a part of the contract. |

Flower Arrangements We would plan for you the locations for flower arrangements required at your office premises, and thereafter the fresh flowers will be periodically replaced, to ensure the ambience of the office is enhanced by the arrangements. Also flower arrangements can be arranged for special events and occasions, VIP guests etc. |

Value Added Services Desk This again is a valuable service which would be appreciated by the staff at your premises. Our desk attendant for this service will be able to purchase for your staff members, the likes of movie tickets, groceries required by them, gifts required by them. This service is to help your staff rid themselves of some of the ‘out-of-work’ stress that they carry with them each day. We have felt that this service helps the staff by making them more comfortable to be able to concentrate on the output and productivity required by them. |
